In the heart of the Auxois region, 19th century Burgundy house on 2 levels, ideal for discovering the region with the family.
First floor: characterful living room with Burgundy tiles, beams and wood-burning fireplace, communicating with the fully-equipped kitchen. Large 35 m² veranda housing the dining room, with lovely views over the garden. One bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200. Bathroom with WC.
First floor: one bedroom with a 140cm bed and one bedroom with a 160cm bed. Bathroom with WC. Large landing with 2nd living room for 2 additional sofa beds.
Tumble-dryer in outbuilding. Parking in the courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage. Terrace and 2500 m² enclosed garden with trees at the rear of the house, with swing. Cane stroller available. 2 Umbrella beds.
The owners offer a catering service at an additional cost. Transfer from Montbard and Venarey les Laumes train stations. Bicycles available. Full baby equipment, including bouncer and stroller. For picnics, ice-cream maker and ice bread.
All shops in Epoisses, famous for its cheese, 5 km away. Nearby: the medieval town of Semur en Auxois, MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey and Vézelay Basilica (Unesco World Heritage Site), the castles of Thil, Bussy Rabutin and Epoisses, Buffon's Forges, the caves of Arcy sur Cure, Flavigny sur Ozerain (one of France's most beautiful villages, famous for its aniseed), etc. Beautiful Countryside with many Hiking and Cycling trails in the vicinity.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, firewood and electricity included. Pet supplement: €30/stay

Très agréable séjour chez Fatima avec un gîte très bien équipé, une literie au top. Un grand terrain clos pratique avec un chien, une balançoire pour les enfants. Une documentation riche pour les visites de la région. Une hôte réactive et disponible. Merci Fatima.

les pinsoutes Très bon gîte au calme
Nous avons passés la semaine du 1er janvier dans le gîte à 6. Les conditions climatiques étaient un peu fraîche ce qui fait que nous avons pu profiter pleinement du gîte, sans nous marcher sur les pieds.
Ce dernier est très bien équipé tant au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine que, en fait, tout.
Par ailleurs, notre hôtesse était bienveillante et agréable avec un accueil autour du sapin de Noël décoré à l'intérieur du gîte.
Nous avons passé des soirées auprès de la cheminée.
Et il ne faut pas oublier, à Epoisses, la très bonne boulangerie.En clair, super séjour!

AMS Une pause automnale très agréable
Tout était parfait : l’accueil, le confort du gîte très bien équipé, et très propre, un chauffage au top compte tenu des conditions hivernales de ces trois jours , très bonne literie, de beaux volumes . Des visites intéressantes dans les environs et sans la foule des musées parisiens. Un regret : ne pas avoir pu profiter du beau jardin et de l’ombre du tilleul , il faudra revenir en été !!!!

Excellent séjour au gîte de mizanne. La maison est spacieuse, chaleureuse et très confortable (literie parfaite!). Une maison authentique pleine de charme! Le jardin est super. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Fatima qui nous a régalé avec quelques douceurs ! La région est magnifique avec beaucoup de balades/ sites à visiter. Nous reviendrons !
