In the heart of the Auxois region, 19th century Burgundy house on 2 levels, ideal for discovering the region with the family.
First floor: characterful living room with Burgundy tiles, beams and wood-burning fireplace, communicating with the fully-equipped kitchen. Large 35 m² veranda housing the dining room, with lovely views over the garden. One bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200. Bathroom with WC.
First floor: one bedroom with a 140cm bed and one bedroom with a 160cm bed. Bathroom with WC. Large landing with 2nd living room for 2 additional sofa beds.
Tumble-dryer in outbuilding. Parking in the courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage. Terrace and 2500 m² enclosed garden with trees at the rear of the house, with swing. Cane stroller available. 2 Umbrella beds.
The owners offer a catering service at an additional cost. Transfer from Montbard and Venarey les Laumes train stations. Bicycles available. Full baby equipment, including bouncer and stroller. For picnics, ice-cream maker and ice bread.
All shops in Epoisses, famous for its cheese, 5 km away. Nearby: the medieval town of Semur en Auxois, MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey and Vézelay Basilica (Unesco World Heritage Site), the castles of Thil, Bussy Rabutin and Epoisses, Buffon's Forges, the caves of Arcy sur Cure, Flavigny sur Ozerain (one of France's most beautiful villages, famous for its aniseed), etc. Beautiful Countryside with many Hiking and Cycling trails in the vicinity.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, firewood and electricity included. Pet supplement: €30/stay

René & Sonja Un havre de paix idéal pour découvrir le Morvan
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Gîte de Mizzane à Montberthault. Le gîte est situé dans un petit village très calme et agréable, tout en ayant les commodités essentielles à proximité : une bonne boulangerie, une boucherie et un petit supermarché accessibles facilement.
L’emplacement est également idéal pour découvrir le magnifique Parc naturel régional du Morvan et ses paysages variés.
Le gîte est particulièrement bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable et reposant. Rien ne manque et l’on s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi.
La communication avec la propriétaire a été parfaite du début à la fin : elle est très réactive, disponible et sympathique, ce qui rend l’organisation du séjour très simple et agréable.
Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour un séjour au calme en Bourgogne.

Martial et Nicole Un agréable séjour dans un gîte confortable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un gîte très confortable et particulièrement bien équipé (un grand plus ++ pour la télé connectée). Le gîte, une ancienne maison bourguignonne, a été restauré avec beaucoup de goût, la véranda s'est avérée une pièce de vie pratique et confortable et le très grand jardin un havre de repos idéal d'autant que la météo, très ensoleillée, était au rendez-vous. L'emplacement géographique est optimal car situé non loin de grands sites de visites culturelles. Les commerces sur Epoisses sont pratiques et nous ont bien régalés. L'accueil de Fatima est prévenant et sympathique. Que dire de plus sinon que nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Les visiteurs belges. Une bien jolie semaine en Côte-d’Or!
De belles découvertes de paysages, de villages, d’églises, d’abbayes… On aurait dû avoir au moins deux semaines pour tout visiter… 😄
Un gîte très bien équipé, une bonne literie, un salon confortable et une véranda lumineuse qui permet d’admirer le jardin spacieux et bien clôturé (idéal pour nos amis à 4 pattes).
Un tout grand merci à Fatima pour son accueil sympathique et sa délicieuse cuisine que nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller. Tajine, couscous et, en prime, les gougères et les tartelettes aux mirabelles du jardin.
Et nous la félicitons encore pour avoir remporté les élections à Montberthault. 👏 Bravo, Madame la Maire et bonne continuation à vous !
