Le Gîte de la Faîne

Located in a small village in the Châtillonnais region, 55 km northwest of Dijon and about 20 kilometers from Châtillon-sur-Seine, the Holiday cottage de la Flaîne welcomes you for a peaceful getaway.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living area featuring a dining space and a sitting area equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi access. Adjacent to this room is a fully equipped kitchen (gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Krup’s coffee maker...). A laundry area completes the space with a washing machine and the necessary cleaning supplies.

From the living room, a wooden staircase leads upstairs. A small landing leads to two bedrooms: the first has a 140-cm double bed and a 90 x 200cm bed; the second, which sleeps two, has a 160-cm double bed. Please note that access to the single bathroom with shower and toilet is through this second bedroom.
The house is located on a cul-de-sac, ensuring peace and quiet. Your pet is welcome (€5/day/pet), although the private outdoor areas are not fenced in.

Garden furniture and a charcoal grill are available for your outdoor relaxation. Parking is easy and private in front of the holiday cottage. Bicycles can be stored upon request in a locked outbuilding.

All inclusive holiday cottage: Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, electricity, and end-of-stay housekeeping included. For business guests, a package including cleaning and bed linen change is required every 15 days. The holiday cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility.

Local shops and services are available about 15 km away in Aignay-le-Duc and Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Nature lovers will be charmed by this unspoiled setting, ideal for hiking. There are also numerous opportunities for culinary, cultural, and heritage exploration near the accommodation.
