Near the owners' Farm, semi-detached house with large garden. Raised first floor: living room with dining room, sitting room and kitchen (French ceilings and fireplace). Bathroom. Separate WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with parquet floors: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 twin 90cm beds and 2 80cm trundle beds. Baby bed and high chair. Parking in front of the house and large 800 m² enclosed garden with trees behind. Gas heating. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
Horses welcome in the meadow.
Nearby: shops in Arnay le Duc, Bligny sur Ouche and Pouilly en Auxois. Freeway exit 12 km away. Swimming at Arnay le Duc or Lake Panthier. Castles of Châteauneuf en Auxois and Commarin. Fishing reserve at Chazilly. 30 min from the Vineyards of Beaune or Nuits-Saint-Georges.
Heating included - Utilities and options : Sheets: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €40. Bathroom linen provided: €5 per person per stay - Wood provided.

Looping 92 Très bon sejour
Très bon séjour. La maison est impeccable et joliment décorée. Le jardin est ombragé ce qui est très agréable pour manger dehors et profiter du jardin même quand il fait chaud. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Séjour a recommander.

Marie-Pierre Nous avons renouvelé un séjour dans ce gîte avec nos petits enfants. un accueil de grande qualité.
Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce gîte à l'espace bien agréable. Accueil et échanges très appréciés, le partage de la vie d'agricultrice de notre hôtesse a été formidable, les petits enfants gardent un beau souvenir. La région est riche en visites et activités pour les petits et les grands.
