In a small, quiet village in the heart of the Vineyard and along the Grands Crus wine route, the Holiday cottage de Fixey - 2, located on the upper floor of a house with two holiday cottages (access via an outdoor staircase), offers: a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, TV, a sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests (140 cm), 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds that can be pushed together. An Umbrella bed and high chair are available. Access to an outbuilding with a washing machine and bike storage. Small side terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. Large enclosed courtyard (shared with neighbors): 1 parking space. Option to rent the ground-floor holiday cottage as well, accommodating a total of 12 people.
