With its blue shutters and stencils on the doors, this charming little house is perfect for a cosy vacation. Ground floor and 1st floor. Kitchen. Living room with 1-person sofa bed. 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90cm), 1 small bedroom (1 bed 90cm + 1 baby bed) with low door for access (1m high), mezzanine (1 bed 90cm). Ground-level bathroom with walk-in shower. WC. Wood and central heating. Pretty 80 m² enclosed courtyard planted with flowers. Covered shed. Veranda. Private parking. 2 adult bicycles available. Organic meals available on request.
Small pets allowed on request from booking agency.
Business stay: 2 people maximum.
Fontenay Abbey 10 km away. Water Park 17 km. Château d'Ancy-le-Franc 20 km.
Bed linen, towels and wood included in rates. Charges and optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €40. Oil heating with daily fee: €5 to €8 per day, depending on period. Electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included).

Yvelines-Jura Un petit gîte plein de charme et de couleurs
Dès l'abord et l'entrée dans la petite maison, l'harmonie des couleurs et le charme des pierres de Bourgogne agissent. Quelques kms de vélo par les chemins forestiers et nous avons pu visiter l'abbaye de Fontenay, longer le canal de Bourgogne . Deux jours dans la jolie petite maison d' Annie ont suffi pour nous offrir une parenthèse entre amis . Merci Annie !

Equipe CP Très mauvaise expérience.
Le logement était vraiment très sale, problème au niveau du chauffage (soit eau chaude, soit chauffage) .

Peter Une semaine très agréable et plein de détente et d'expérinces.
La hospitalité de la hótesse et sa famille est très agréable. La tranquilité et l'étendue de la région sont superbe, mais il faut faire des kilomètres pour tout ce qu'on veut faire. Mais avec un temps si beau que nous avons eu, tout est bien.

London girls We loved the gite and the quietness and privacy of the location. We enjoyed the quaintness of the gite. Our host, Annie, was very pleasant and hospitable. The gite contained everything we needed. The area was beautiful and had access to many points of interest.
We had expected 2 bedrooms as we had booked as 2 friends expecting separate rooms. Otherwise, everything was lovely.
