Just 40 minutes from Dijon, close to the owners' farm, this beautifully renovated 19th-century hay barn is the ideal place to stay with family or friends.
First floor: Spacious living room with dining area and sitting room, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, separate fully-equipped modern kitchen. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bathroom with Italian shower + 1 WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, with a small balcony overlooking the Countryside, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed + 1 x 90 cm bed, with 1 adjoining WC, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 baby bed with bars and a changing table, with private washbasin and dressing room, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed + 1 x 90 cm bed, with private WC and washbasin, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed and shower. Shower room with Italian shower, 1 separate WC.
Large gaming room with table soccer, wooden games, etc. Enclosed courtyard and garden, with lovely view of the surrounding Countryside, garden furniture, 1 large plancha + 1 Weber barbecue.
Parking space.
Possibility of visiting the owners' dairy farm. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Flavigny sur Ozerain, the Alesia site, the Auxois Park and Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage site. 29 km from the Dijon-Prenois racetrack.

Petit Alex et Cécile Gite très confortable, spacieux et très bien agencé. Bravo à vous pour la rénovation. Partie nuit isolée des pièces à vivre ce qui ajoute au confort. Grande salle de jeux appréciée des petits et grands. Charmant petit hameau au calme. Parfait pour un week-end en famille. Très bon accueil avec de bons produits fabriqués sur place. Un régal.... AMAR Le gîte est très beau et très confortable. La salle de réception est magnifique et la salle à manger / salon très belle et douillette avec le poêle à bois.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Les espaces de vie sont adaptés pour 14 personnes.

William Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux au gîte Le Fenil. Tout était impeccable, de la propreté irréprochable à l'équipement ultra complet. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé pour garantir un confort optimal. La salle de jeux pour les enfants a été un véritable atout, très appréciée par nos petits. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte pour des vacances en famille réussies et reposantes.
