In the heart of the peaceful village of Pasques, northwest of Dijon, this small holiday cottage—ideal for 3 to 4 people—is nestled in a pristine natural setting.

Le Creux Percé occupies the first floor of an old house that has been carefully renovated by Julie and her husband, as an extension of their own home. The entrance is shared by two Holiday cottages.
Upstairs, you’ll find a true haven—bright and comfortable. The living area features a fully equipped open kitchen and a living area (with a sofa bed for a fourth guest: €25/night) equipped with a flat-screen TV. A spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this level.
On the upper floor, there is a large, light-filled bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a 90 × 190 cm bed. The large picture window opens directly onto a beautiful private terrace offering an unobstructed view of the surrounding Countryside. Ideal for reading or sharing a dinner on balmy summer evenings (outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol).
Easy parking in front of the holiday cottage. Secure storage for bicycles available upon request. Baby gear provided. Pets allowed.
This charming holiday cottage lets you enjoy the tranquility of the Countryside while remaining close to major tourist and recreational attractions. The Dijon-Prenois racetrack is just 3 km away. Dijon is 15 km away.

The holiday cottage is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
