This pretty, tastefully renovated Detached house, typical of the Morvan region, is composed as follows:
Ground floor: entrance, pleasant 30m2 living room with wood-burning stove. Fitted kitchen, with classic filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs, the landing leads to 2 double bedrooms. One is spacious, with a 180x190cm bed. The second, 8m2, has a double bed (160x190cm) and the option of an extra bed on a small raised platform (15€/night/pers.) Bathroom and WC.
The 3,000m2 landscaped grounds are stunning.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Numerous Hiking, mountain-biking and cycling trails in the area to discover the authentic beauty of this region: several FFC-marked mountain-biking circuits, one of which passes in front of the house.
Nearby: Saulieu, famous gastronomic town of the Maison Loiseau and François Pompon museum, numerous lakes for swimming, fishing or water sports with the Lac de Chamboux, Lac de Saint Agnan or Lac des Settons.
To make the most of your stay without worrying about preparing meals, you can order and have delivered quality ready-made meals, brunches, etc. from a partner caterer.

GISELE BONNET Avec la chaleur, nous ne pouvions sortir les après-midi. La fraicheur du gîte était appréciable et surtout, le coin très agréable, à l'ombre sous les arbres, du magnifique parc attenant au gîte.

Jean un havre de paix chaleureux
Nous avons passé 10 jours magnifiques dans ce beau gîte. L'accueil de Claude et Marie-Paule fut vraiment très chaleureux. Ils ont tout fait pour nous conseiller et nous aider (comme prévoir le repas de notre arrivée fourni par le traiteur qui est à recommander) Nous avons profité au maximum du magnifique jardin et de l'ombre de ses grands arbres malgé les hautes températures. Dans la maison rien ne manque et tout est pensé pour notre confort. Encore merci à Claude et Marie-Paule et nous leur disons déjà à bientôt
