In the Ouche valley, in the quiet of a small village, beautifully renovated Burgundy stone house, detached and semi-detached from another gîte. First floor: fitted kitchen with tiled floor. Large dining room with Burgundy floor tiles. Utility room. WC. 1st floor: living room with library. 2 large bedrooms, one with exposed beams (1 bed 160, 2 twin beds 90). Shower room. Wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160) with lovely view over the valley, shower room, wc. Central heating and Wood heating. Covered terrace. Vast 1000 m² garden with private area (140 m²). The entire plot can be enclosed. Parking space. Secure bicycle storage. Baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub). Nespresso capsule coffee maker or compatible capsules available.

Petanque court opposite Holiday cottage. Horses welcome in the meadow. Cycle route 4 kms away. Lake Panthier 12 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Châteauneuf en Auxois.

Sheets and housekeeping included. Charges and extras : Bathroom linen: 5 € per person per stay - Electricity according to meter reading 0.25 € per kWh (8 kwh/day free) - Central heating according to daily rate from 13 to 15 € per day depending on period.
