Beautiful living room bathed in light thanks to a large skylight. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, TV, dressing room. An outside passageway leads to a 2nd bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, TV, WC and washbasin, and a mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed. Reversible air-conditioning.
Outside: 2 terraces, one with pergola and garden furniture, dining area with parasol and electric plancha. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Garage (across the street) for parking cars and bicycles. Easy, free street parking.

Anne-Claire Excellent séjour dans cette maison accueillante et confortable
Maison récemment refaite complètement à neuf par Mathieu.
L'accueil fut très chaleureux, et la maison est parfaite. Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine en famille, les équipements sont complets et adaptés, l'aménagement est très agréable : 1 logement (2 lits + 1 WC) séparé du reste par une petite cour, terrasse et patio pour profiter des soirées, climatisation en cas de chaleur. Le séjour est très lumineux grâce à la verrière, sans être trop chaud sous le soleil.
Accès facile, et garage fermé situé juste en face dans la rue.La ville dispose de commerces et de restaurants, avec un centre historique à visiter. Étang à 5 minutes en voiture avec baignade surveillée l'été. Beaune et Dijon à proximité (30/40 minutes), nombreuses sorties autour (Parc de l'Auxois, Alesia, etc).
Nous recommandons fortement ce gite.
