Just a stone's throw from the town center of Arnay-le-Duc, a small commune with all amenities, the Holiday cottage "le coin caché", an atypical town house, offers: Ground floor: large hallway leading to 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room, with TV, wifi. Beautiful living room bathed in light thanks to a large skylight. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, TV, dressing room. An outside passageway leads to a 2nd bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, TV, WC and washbasin, and a mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed. Reversible air-conditioning.
Outside: 2 terraces, one with pergola and garden furniture, dining area with parasol and electric plancha. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Garage (across the street) for parking cars and bicycles. Easy, free street parking.
Price includes: Utilities, Heating, Bed linen, Linen, Electricity, WIFI/Internet, Household linen, Bathroom linen, End-of-stay cleaning.
In Arnay-le-Duc: All shops, restaurants. Entertainment and sightseeing in summer.
Visits and activities: 1 km away, enjoy the Etang Fouché Base de loisirs, with its "Pavillon Bleu" label and supervised beach in summer. From Arnay, you can also explore the Morvan regional nature park, the tourist sites of the regional capital Dijon, the gastronomic city of Saulieu, the Abbey of Fontenay, the vineyards of Beaune or the Gallo-Roman remains of Autun... A6 freeway exit: Pouilly-en-Auxois (15 mn).

Anne-Claire Excellent séjour dans cette maison accueillante et confortable
Maison récemment refaite complètement à neuf par Mathieu.
L'accueil fut très chaleureux, et la maison est parfaite. Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine en famille, les équipements sont complets et adaptés, l'aménagement est très agréable : 1 logement (2 lits + 1 WC) séparé du reste par une petite cour, terrasse et patio pour profiter des soirées, climatisation en cas de chaleur. Le séjour est très lumineux grâce à la verrière, sans être trop chaud sous le soleil.
Accès facile, et garage fermé situé juste en face dans la rue.La ville dispose de commerces et de restaurants, avec un centre historique à visiter. Étang à 5 minutes en voiture avec baignade surveillée l'été. Beaune et Dijon à proximité (30/40 minutes), nombreuses sorties autour (Parc de l'Auxois, Alesia, etc).
Nous recommandons fortement ce gite.
