Raised first floor with lovely views over the surrounding countryside: lovely living room with pellet stove, dining room and fitted kitchen. 2 bedrooms with parquet flooring: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 twin 90cm beds. Each bedroom has independent access and is also connected by a shower room, central to the 2 bedrooms. Separate toilet with washbasin and washing machine.

Large courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage and garden of approx. 400 m². Bicycle shed. 4 deckchairs. Pets not allowed.


Nearby: village shops 1.5 km away. Auxois Zoo and Water Park 10 km away. Several lakes and ponds with supervised swimming in summer: le Nid à la Caille in Vénarey- Les Laumes, the lakes of Pont, Grosbois and Panthier. Cycle route along the Canal de Bourgogne.
