Le Cocon Gibriaçois

Located in the famous wine-growing village of Gevrey-Chambertin, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, this comfortable holiday cottage is the perfect place to stay with family or friends while exploring Burgundy’s grand crus and local cuisine.

In a quiet and pleasant setting, as soon as you enter (4 steps), you’ll discover a beautiful living area with terracotta tiles on the floor. To the right is a dining area; to the left, a cozy living room with a television. Continuing on, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a charming, enclosed private courtyard; the dry-stone wall gives it its distinctive Burgundian character.
A few steps lead down to the lower level, where you’ll find a laundry room and a separate half-bath.
Upstairs, the half-landing leads to a master suite featuring a 180-cm double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet.
The first floor features two additional comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm bed. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Pets are welcome (20 € supplement per stay).
You’ll have a private parking space in front of the garage (where bicycles can be stored upon request), as well as plenty of parking options on the lovely tree-lined square across from the holiday cottage, which is equipped with picnic tables and a ping-pong table.
In the village, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and an electric vehicle charging station. Access is easy thanks to the nearby Nuits-Saint-Georges highway exit.
A prime location between Dijon and Nuits-Saint-Georges for exploring the treasures of the Route des Grands Crus, the prestigious Burgundy Vineyards, and the local way of life.
Accommodations are not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
