Located in a small village in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, in the Countryside, "Le panorama et le cocon des Hautes-Côtes" comprises 2 Holiday cottages, one on the first floor and the other upstairs, for a total of 8 people.
Le Panorama: Access to the Holiday cottage via a staircase: on the main level: 1 fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Vineyard, 1 large living room with corner sofa, flat-screen TV, WIFI, 1 shower room, separate toilet.
On the lower level, a beautiful stone dining room with exposed beams. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 140 cm bed, the other with 2 twin 90 cm beds) + 1 single bed (90 cm). 1 separate WC. 1 Umbrella bed available.
Le Cocon : Holiday cottage on one level, comprising: 1 small, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room with large bay window, flat-screen TV and high-quality convertible sofa (140 cm). 1 bedroom with bay window, with 1 140 cm bed. 1 shower room, separate WC. 1 Umbrella bed on request. WIFI ACCESS.
Garden furniture, barbecue. Shared laundry room with washing machine in basement. Pets not allowed.
All-inclusive Holiday cottage: bed linen, cleaning, towels, heating and electricity included.
Nearby: mountain bike and cycle routes in Pernand-Vergelesses. Possibility of wine tastings at nearby winegrowers. All shops in Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges, renowned for their wines, as well as the many villages along the Burgundy "Route des Grands Crus". The Hospices de Beaune, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie, with its rich cultural heritage and museums (archaeology, fine arts, etc.).

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre de rêve!
5/5Nous avions loué les deux gites pour un séjour en famille avec un de nos fils, son épouse et leurs trois enfants. C'est la formule parfaite pour se retrouver dans le grand gîte pour partager les repas et des moments de convivialité et conserver son intimité à d'autres moments. Les deux gîtes, très propres, bénéficient de tout le confort, de nombreux équipements et de deux terrasses. Et celle du grand gîte offre une vue exceptionnelle! Les hôtes sont sympathiques et accueillants. Merci pour les petits cadeaux de bienvenue! Nous recommandons!
