Situated in a small village in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, in the Countryside, the Holiday cottage "Le cocon des Hautes-Côtes" is located on the first floor of the Holiday cottage "le panorama des Hautes-Côtes" and promises a calm and peaceful stay.

Holiday cottage on one level, comprising: 1 small, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room with large bay window, flat-screen TV and high-quality convertible sofa (140 cm). 1 bedroom with bay window, with 1 140 cm bed. 1 shower room, separate WC. 1 Umbrella bed and high chair on request.

Garden furniture, barbecue. Wifi access. Shared laundry room with washing machine in basement. Pets not allowed.
This Holiday cottage can be rented in addition to Holiday cottage 21G2246 for a total of 8 people.

All inclusive Holiday cottage: bed linen, cleaning, towels, heating, electricity.

Nearby: mountain bike and cycle routes in Pernand-Vergelesses. Possibility of wine tasting at nearby winegrowers.     Super séjour, hélas trop court !

    Le gîte est parfait pour un séjour à 2. Tout est bien pensé et fonctionnel. La vue à l'extérieur est exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sans être intrusifs, Ils sont plein de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses. Nous avons trouvé quelques produits régionaux de très bonne qualité à notre arrivée. Bref, nous sommes ravis de ce séjour

    Wunderschönes Appartement, ideal für zwei Personen. Noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos ! Auch sehr gut geeignet für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind, da alles ebenerdig ist.
    Super sauber - toller, großer Kühlschrank - große Dusche - schöner, geschützter, kleiner Außenbereich direkt vor der Tür (abgeschirmt mit alter Natursteinmauer) - oder großer
    Außenbereich um die Ecke mit Wahnsinnsblick in die Natur - Parkplatz direkt am Haus, geschützt mit immer verschlossenem Tor - die Gastgeber Christelle & Xavier sehr nett und hilfsbereit - wir kommen wieder !!!!

    Très bon accueil des propriétaires vraiment gentils. Gîte très mignon, matériaux de qualité, bonne literie, très propre. Nous avons passé une nuit seulement a 3 personnes mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps
