Le Clos Latour

In the heart of Burgundy, this late 19th-century bourgeois property has been entirely restored in a contemporary style that respects the historic structure of the house. The Holiday cottage comprises 2 independent houses, Le Manoir and La Maison Rouge, each of which can accommodate 12 to 13 people, for a total of 26 people on the property.

On the first floor, Le Manoir has a dining room, 2 lounges, a kitchen and a scullery. 1st floor: large TV lounge, bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room and WC, bedroom with 160cm bed and sofa bed, laundry room with WC and shower room. 2nd floor: large bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be twinned to form a double bed (180cm), shower, lion's foot bath, 2 washbasins and WC, bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and 2 bedrooms with single beds (160cm). In the basement, a majestic cellar with access from the park.

La Maison Rouge offers, on the first floor, a living room with fitted kitchen and dining area, a sitting room with piano (not tuned). 1st floor: bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), bathroom, shower and WC, bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) communicating with a small bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 extra bed, shower room and WC. 2nd floor: bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed and 1 x 80cm bed, bathroom and WC, final bedroom with 4 x 90cm beds, shower room and WC.

Bed linen, electricity, oil and gas heating included (use sparingly).
Walled grounds of 7500 m². Unheated Piscine with automated cover (closed from November to April). Parking in enclosed courtyard. Trampoline, swings, table tennis and table soccer for everyone's enjoyment.
