In a small village 4 km from Beaune, Holiday cottage adjoining the Bed and breakfast and the owners' house, with beautiful wooded grounds of over 4,000 m² to the rear. Access to Holiday cottage via beautiful stone staircase: fully-equipped modern kitchen, lounge area with flat-screen TV, wifi. Bathroom with large Italian shower, separate WC, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed. Upstairs, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed and 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed. Shared laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer). Rear terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Transat. Enclosed grounds planted with trees and flowers.
For more than 6 people, you can also book the Bed and breakfast (3 rooms, 6 people) under reference 21G1451.
Access to the Spa (€20/half-hour - €35/hour: booking on site with the owners), in a beautiful, pleasant room, with washbasin, bench, Bluetooth speaker.
Baby equipment on request. Private gated parking. Electric vehicle charging station on site (€10/charge). Possibility of renting 2 electric bicycles for adults: €35/day. House in the heart of a quiet village, with shops and restaurant nearby.
Arrival from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Places to visit Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, a lively city with numerous events all year round, the Hospices de Beaune, a Unesco World Heritage site, the Vineyard, the Route des Grands Crus, Beach side Beaune: 14,000 m² of beaches, 4 natural swimming pools, climbing wall unique in France. 40 km from Dijon, City of the Dukes of Burgundy and its Cité de la Gastronomie, opening in May 2022.

Marie Gîte proche de Beaune
Gîte très bien situé, proche de Beaune. Un jardin très agréable mais une configuration non adaptée à 6 personnes (une seule petite salle d’eau, une cuisine ouverte fonctionnelle mais très étroite).
Petit bémol sur les horaires ; départ impératif à 10h un dimanche matin alors que nous n’étions là que pour le week-end. Dommage.- Cleanliness

Bonjour Monsieur et Madame Radigon,
Pour répondre à vos avis sur différents réseaux et site de réservation, nous avons bien compris que vous étiez en colère de quitter le gite pour 10h. Comme je vous l'avais signalé par téléphone quelques semaines auparavant, quand nous pouvons prolonger l'heure de départ nous le faisons avec plaisir. Mais là c'était impossible. Notre accueil a été plus que cordial et bienveillant. Nous nous occupons nous même du ménage et de l'intendance et nous trouvons dommage que vous ne l'ayez pas compris . Pascal Schöne Unterkunft
Schöne Unterkunft über zwei Stockwerke mit drei Schlafzimmern einem modernen Bad und einer Toilette. Voll ausgestatte Küche mit modernen Geräten. Guter Ort um Ausflüge in die Region zu unternehmen. Ein sehr großer Garten lädt zum verweilen ein.
Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Direkt hinter dem Haus ein tolles Weingut „Domaine Remy“. Besuch lohnt sich.- Cleanliness

Un super accueil par nos hôtes qui sont d'une extrême gentillesse et bienveillance.
Le gîte est neuf et très bien aménagé (surtout en cuisine).

Antonin Bonne expérience mais manque de confort pour des moments conviviaux
Belle bâtisse, bon accueil, un plus pour le jacuzzi. Le logement était très propre et ne manquait de rien. Nous avons cependant trouvé que le salon n'était pas fonctionnel, il y a un canapé et deux fauteuils mais difficile de trouver un agencement agréable alors que nous n'étions que 4. Cela nous a manqué pour des moments de convivialité et il est difficile de s'en rendre compte sur les photos. Les chambres étaient agréables et la literie de très bonne qualité.

nous vous remercions pour l avis très surprenant car vous nous avez demandé d arriver plus tot pour faire un visio ce que nous avons fait avec plaisir ; par contre nous n avons pas pu accéder à votre demande de partir une heure plus tard malheureusement; ce qui explique peut etre votre avis ....cordialement véronique et laurent
