Shower room with WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 160cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90x200cm beds and balcony. 2nd sitting area ideal for Kids. Bathroom with corner bath. Separate WC. 2nd floor: 1 large bedroom with 4 twin beds 90x200. WC. Private 25 m² terrace with barbecue. Parking for 2 cars in the estate's shared enclosed courtyard. Bike rental available. Baby equipment: cot, high chair and small bathtub. Pets not allowed.

Wine tasting at the estate. The Holiday cottage is 300 m from the Route des Grands Crus between Gevrey-Chambertin and Nuits-Saint-Georges, and a 20-minute walk through the vineyards to the famous Clos de Vougeot château. Also nearby are Cîteaux Abbey, the art and history cities of Dijon and Beaune, with its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site... Numerous Hiking trails in the vicinity.

Belle maison de pays très bien rénovée et confortablement équipée. Beaux volumes pour une grande famille. Appuyée au domaine, la dégustation y est de ce fait incontournable, Mme Amiot sait transmettre sa passion.

Gîte spacieux et confortable, très bien équipé, rénové avec soin et goût

SMonier Le gîte est particulièrement bien tenu, pratique et joli, la propriétaire est avenante et accommodante.
La situation géographique est parfaite au milieu des vignes et dans un joli village bourguignon.
