In the heart of the Côte de Beaune vineyards, fully renovated village house near the owners' vineyard.

First floor: large, bright living room with dining area and lounge (sofa bed). Equipped kitchen. 2 communicating bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 twin beds 80) and dressing room. Bathroom and separate WC with washbasin. Utility room. No wifi.

Upstairs: mezzanine with TV and sofa bed. One bedroom with 3 80cm beds (2 of which can be twinned) and one bedroom with a 160cm bed. Large bathroom with bath and WC.

Enclosed 150 m² courtyard and garage available. Possibility of wine tastings at the owners' winery. Umbrella bed, high chair and baby bath. Pets not allowed.

Bed linen, final cleaning, gas heating and electricity included in rates.

Chorey-lès-Beaune is located on the Route des Grands Crus, whose Climats are now a Unesco World Heritage Site. Just 3 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, and its famous Unesco-listed Hospices. Numerous restaurants and wine-tasting cellars. Stroll through the vineyards, along the ramparts or through the Parc de la Bouzaise, a cycle route through the Vineyard between Beaune and Santenay. It's a lively little City, with events all year round: Cinema and music festivals, 'Cours aux jardins', etc. And don't miss Beaune, côté Beach: 14,000 m² of beach, 4 natural swimming pools, climbing wall and Restaurant.
