Located on the first floor of a 1900s bourgeois building, it comprises a functional, well-equipped kitchen-dining room, a living room with a comfortable convertible sofa for 2 people, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet. Common courtyard available.

Baby equipment on request: baby bed, bathtub, high chair, changing mat and crockery.

At 80 m from the Holiday cottage, possibility of having a closed and secured garage for a car of less than 4,50 m: in supplement at the price of 6 € per night or 40 € the week to be paid directly to the owner.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

After a day strolling through the picturesque streets, you'll appreciate the calm and comfort of this tastefully decorated apartment. A 2-minute walk will take you to a lively shopping street (supermarket, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, Doctor). The Market is 10 minutes away, and the Place des Ducs de Bourgogne 8 minutes. You're also a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, 5 minutes by car or just 30 minutes on foot from the hospital, university campus, INRA, Taste Center and Gaston Gérard stadium. Dijon City train station (2km). We can pick you up from Dijon station or take you home.
