Located in the heart of the village of Rouvres en Plaine, close to the Vineyard and the Burgundy Canal, this pretty 2-storey Holiday cottage (not suitable for the disabled) is housed in an old barn with attractive beams. Detached and attached to the owners' house by a garage.
First floor: reading area with extra bed, laundry room. 1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room and dining room. 1 bedroom with 160cm bed. Shower room, wc. 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 140). Contemporary decor, bright and sunny.
Small enclosed courtyard (40 m²). Parking space. Folding bed, high chair, changing mat and Kids bath. 2 Pets allowed at a supplement of €30 per stay and per pet.
Nearby: Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, a city of art and history, offering many opportunities for cultural (Museums, churches and cathedral, the Owl trail...) and gastronomic (future Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin, starred restaurants...) discoveries. Also nearby: Citeaux Abbey, Clos de Vougeot, Beaune and its famous Unesco World Heritage Hospices, and the climats of the Route des Grands Crus. Numerous nearby Hiking trails in the Forest, along the Canal de Bourgogne or in the vineyards. Several lakes and swimming pools within 10 km: Arc sur Tille, Magny sur Tille, Dijon Olympic swimming pool, etc.
Rates include heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and cleaning.

Il est bien situé, offre de nombreuses possibilités de visites et de découvertes, ainsi que de belles balades le long du canal de Bourgogne.
Nous avons aussi bien apprécié le village, très calme.
Merci d'accepter les animaux.Seul petit bémol : le confort des canapés est moyen.

Alice Moyer-Anin Le gîtes du cassissier est parfait. Que ce soit niveau qualité prix: 2 chambres séparés avec tout ce qu'il faut, une cuisine tout équipée, four frigo lave vaisselle congélateur. L'appartement est très cosy et il y a aussi une petite terrasse que nous n'avons pas testée à cause du froid. Le gîtes est tres proche de Dijon pour qui veut visiter la ville mais tout le nécessaire est à deux pas : un tres bon restaurant et une boulangerie accessible à pied. Pour les courses et se rendre au gîte il faut avoir une voiture.
La qualité d'accueil aussi était top et les échanges aussi. Je recommande en tout points.- Cleanliness

Beauchamps Très calme et reposant, à la croisée des chemins nous avons visité les environs, très bon accueil la location est grande, facilité pour garer son véhicule, région à voir
