Spacious living room with kitchenette and small dishwasher, sleeps 4/6. 2 bedrooms (2 double beds). Shower room. WC. Private courtyard and shared 1000 m² garden. Parking space. Storage room. Covered shed. No wifi.
Tennis court and Kids' playground 200 m away. Baby bed and high chair available. 2 pets allowed with additional deposit.
Places to visit: Beaune, Meursault. Cycle path from Merceuil to Beaune to join the cycle route
through the Vineyard from Beaune to Santenay and Cissey-Merceuil track to join the Voie verte from Chalon. Circuit de balade des Etangs d'Or à Merceuil. Beaune, Beach side: 14,000 m² of beach, 4 natural swimming pools, climbing wall unique in France, Restaurant area. Small grocery store in Merceuil. Intermarché 5 km away.
Charges and extras : Bed linen: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Electricity according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included). Gas heating extra according to meter reading.

RICARDO Excellente semaine passée dans ce gîte.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce grand gîte acceptant l'accueil de nos 2 chiens (c'est assez rare d'en accepter 2 !). Super accueil de la propriétaire (qui nous a de plus bien gâtés avec le petit panier d'accueil - encore merci).
Grand jardin avec des fleurs partout, des arbres fruitiers, magnifique saule central et petit jardinet. Nous avons apprécié nous y balader ou nous y reposer.
Immense grange ouverte où il est possible d'y garer la voiture à l'ombre par jour de canicule.
Grandes chambres et literie extra.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le village de Merceuil qui est très calme.
Plein de beaux endroits ou villages à visiter aux alentours. Gite bien placé particulièrement pour découvrir Beaune.
Un très bon boulanger bio à 2 kms.
Une superbe semaine de vacances globalement, malgré les moustiques !!!!- Cleanliness
