A small mezzanine lounge offering additional sleeping space. Attractive 700 m² enclosed garden with covered terrace. Garage. Baby equipment: folding bed, high chair, changing mat and children's bathtub.

jean-marc Gite situé dans un hameau très calme et très agréable.
Gite à mi chemin du Morvan et de Dijon, proche de la jolie ville d'Arnay le Duc où l'on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires. Nous saluons la rapidité avec laquelle la machine à laver en panne a été remplacée : merci ! Nous avons craint de souffrir de la chaleur dans les chambre situées dans les combles, mais même en période de canicule, la fraîcheur vient vite en soirée et il est possible de bien ventiler sans craindre les moustiques, : idéal ! La maison aux murs épais garde bien la fraîcheur. Seuls petits bémols, l'étroit escalier en vis pour accéder à l'étage et la décoration un peu "passe-partout".

Quesnel Gîte particulièrement bien équipé (appareils électroménagers - ustensiles ménagers - nécessaires pour enfant en bas âge).
Gîte implanté dans un hameau très calme.
Propriété clôturée présentant toutes les garanties de sécurité pour les enfants.

Quesnel Gîte d’une grande propreté et très bien équipé situé dans un hameau très calme
Habitation clôturée qui présente toutes les garanties de sécurité pour de très jeunes enfants.
L’escalier permettant d’accéder à l’étage, bien qu’un peu étroit ne présente pas tant d’inconvénients que supposés.
