At Moulin des Rathes, you'll be staying in an exceptional setting on a 6-hectare property bordered by a river. The surroundings? a pond, the Forest, the Armançon River, footpaths, the mill where the owners live and three Holiday cottages. Ideal place for fishermen and walkers.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll be delighted with this single-storey accommodation. The accommodation is on the first floor of the owners' former mill. The millstream runs beneath the accommodation, and the terrace with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue is located above the millstream. 25 m2 living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms (one for 2 people with a 180x200cm bed or 2 90x200cm beds, the other with a 160x200cm bed). Each has its own private bathroom. Separate WC/hand washbasin. You'll enjoy your own private 60 m2 terrace on the water's edge, with garden furniture and barbecue. To top it all off, you'll have access to a 6.5x12 m swimming pool shared with the occupants of two other Holiday cottages, heated from mid-May to mid-September and secured by a fence. Pont et Massène is a pretty Auxois village just a few minutes from the freeway exit. It's a lively village in season, with the Pont Lake: swimming beach, children's playground, water sports center, picnic tables and two restaurants. From the Holiday cottage, it's a short walk to the lake. A signposted trail leads you around the Lake for 12 km, and the medieval town of Semur is only 4 km away with all shops and services. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses and Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey (Unesco World Heritage Site), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of France's most beautiful villages.
