In a quiet village, less than 30 minutes from Dijon and Beaune, the Holiday cottage "Le Belvédère du Lake", a beautiful house with the charm of the past (beams, stones, wall paintings, terracotta floor tiles), offers: on the first floor: a large, cosy living room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied), TV, wifi fiber, desk and direct access to the terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, with a second access to the terrace. Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed, 1 large bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds + 1 x 140 cm bed, 1 shower room with large shower and WC and window. Magnificent view of Lake Grosbois from all rooms. Umbrella bed and high chair available on request. Outside: private parking for 2 cars in the courtyard to the side of the Holiday cottage. At the rear, fully enclosed garden leading onto the large terrace, offering exceptional views of the Lake. Garden furniture. No barbecue for safety reasons (many trees around).

Grosbois Lake and Panthier Lake 5 minutes away. 30 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and Cité de la Gastronomie since May 2022. Burgundy Vineyard less than 30 minutes away.
