Upstairs: 1 landing lounge with TV, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and desk, 1 shower room with WC. Reversible air-conditioning upstairs. Basement: laundry room with combined washer/dryer. Umbrella bed and high chair available. Outside: large, fully enclosed plot of 2000m², terrace with awning, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue. Garage.

All shops in Nolay, a medieval village and green vacation resort, around its stone-roofed Halles (14th century) and its Church (15th and 17th centuries.) The medieval streets lined with half-timbered houses are a delight to explore. Ideally located 60 km from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, and 18 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, also known for its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Route des Grands Crus from Dijon to Santenay. Numerous cellar tours and wine tastings nearby. For nature-lovers, there are Hiking trails, greenways, lakes, cliffs and more. The Morvan Regional Nature Park is also 30 minutes away. Cultural discoveries are also rich and varied, with Autun and its Gallo-Roman past, Le Creusot and its industrial past, the castles of Pommard, Couches, Sully, etc.
