15 minutes from Dijon, on the banks of the Burgundy Canal, with all amenities, pretty atypical house, comprising: first floor (raised): living room (sofa bed offering 2 extra beds at an extra charge of €15/night/pers.), TV, Bluetooth speaker, opening onto dining room and fitted kitchen. Lower floor: bathroom with bath and WC. Zen area with infra-red sauna, relaxation lounge with herbal tea room. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds. Reversible air-conditioning. Small terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. 2 pets max. allowed. Holiday cottage "Le 16, Sous Les Trémières" is less than 100 m from the Burgundy canal greenway. Just cross the canal bridge at Fleurey-sur-Ouche and walk up the Grande rue du Bas to reach the Holiday cottage. 5 bicycles available on request. 10 km from the Dijon-Prenois racetrack. Ideal location for personal and business travel, with freeway exit in the village. Attractions in Dijon: Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and Philippe le Bon Tower, Museums, Cité de la Gastronomie. First vineyards on the Route des Grands Crus in Chenôve. In the Vallée de l'Ouche and Auxois, visit the Château de Mâlain, the medieval villages of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, Flavigny sur Ozerain and Semur-en-Auxois, the MuséoParc Alésia, the Château de Bussy Rabutin and the Abbey of Fontenay, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Véronique & Co Nous (3 adultes et un chat) avons passé une semaine de Noël fort agréable au 16 sous les Trémières ! Accueil chaleureux de Cécile et Stéphane à notre arrivée et réactivité à toutes nos questions ou besoins pendant notre séjour. Gîte d'une propreté impeccable, bien agencé et décoré avec le plus indéniable des soirées au coin du feu !
Le gîte étant sur 3 niveaux et les escaliers étroits, une bonne mobilité physique est nécessaire pour séjourner agréablement dans ce gîte.
La situation dans le village et aux abords du canal de Bourgogne permet de partir directement se promener à pied ou à vélo le long de cet historique canal ou dans les collines avoisinantes. Par ailleurs accès facile à Dijon, aux vignobles des grands vins de Bourgogne et pas mal d'autres sites naturels, culturels ou gastronomiques dont cette région ne manquent pas !

Isa Si vous avez besoin de vous ressourcer dans un gîte atypique (ancienne porte de village médiéval), c'est ici que vous devez venir. Balades dans la campagne, le long du canal, café des années 80 à proximité dans son jus (!), belles pierres...L'accueil est à l'image des prestations (cheminée, sauna, cave voutée de relaxation ou de sport), un grand merci pour cette pause temporelle !

Les Lyonnais Gite confortable et bien pensé pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Escaliers un peu raides mais accessibles même pour une personne de 88 ans! Très belle région malgré le brouillard...
Seul bémol, le gîte très cosy donne envie de rester...
Accueil très chaleureux.
