The "L'Atelier" holiday cottage, a single-story unit adjoining the owners' semi-detached house on one side (no direct neighbors across the way), offers: a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living/dining room, with TV and Wi-Fi, 1 high-quality sofa bed (accommodates 1 additional person free of charge), 1 bedroom with 1 180-cm bed (2 90x200-cm electric beds pushed together), 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet. Umbrella bed and high chair available upon request.

Out front: 1 terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, and 2 lounge chairs. A second covered terrace with lounge seating. Gas grill. Fully enclosed 600 m² garden, private parking for 2 cars in the courtyard (secured by a gate). Two adult bicycles available for use. Lockable storage room upon request.

10 minutes from the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois (fortified gates, ramparts, keep, steep alleyways). 4 km away: Le Nid à la Caille Lake—Beach, supervised swimming, playground.
