Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the charming village of Baigneux-les-Juifs, between Dijon, Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and Châtillon sur Seine, this pretty, tastefully renovated stone house welcomes you for a peaceful stay in the Countryside, just a stone's throw from the Forest National Park.

Measuring around 40 m², the cosy living area features a fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge with flat-screen TV and pellet stove (pellets supplied). The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) for peaceful nights, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, an 8 m² mezzanine offers two single beds (80x200 cm) or a double bed (160x200), ideal for Kids or friends.
The fully enclosed grounds are perfect for young Kids. Attractive covered terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.

Private parking just in front of the house, in the cul-de-sac. Pets allowed. Baby Equipment on request.
Beds made on arrival, heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning included.

In the village you'll find a butcher's shop, mini-market and Pharmacy. Supermarkets 20 minutes away (Venarey-les-Laumes).
