Kitchen-living room. 4 bedrooms, 3 with a 140 cm bed each, the fourth with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds (1 Kids bed, 1 Baby bed available). 2 shower rooms. 2 toilets. Oil-fired central heating. Private enclosed courtyard of 70m².
Beautiful landscape on the heights of the village. Supermarkets in Beaune 15 km away - Bakery in the village.
Wood, heating, bed linen, cleaning and towels included in the price. Maximum 2 pets allowed.

FLORENCE Gîte très bien situé pour découviri le vignoble bourguignon
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans ce gite. Le gite est spacieux, l'accueil de la propriétaire est très prévenant et tout est à disposition dans le gîte (linge, vaisselle, électroménager de qualité). La situation est très bonne pour découvrir le vignoble de Bourgogne, la ville de Beaune mais également les différentes balades à pied et à vélo qui sont très agrébales. Et le calme du village de Mavilly-Mandelot est très appréciable pour un week-end détendu et serein. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, merci encore pour votre accueil.

Julien Très bon séjour
Sylvaine nous a très bien accueillis et est arrangeante sur l'heure d'arrivée/de départ.
Un petit bémol cependant : il serait bien d'avoir des couteaux pour cuisiner qui soient plus affûtés.
