La Villa 1892

Located in the Champagne-Burgundy Forest National Park, this imposing 19th-century property comprises two independent villas set in 17,400 m² of enclosed parkland planted with century-old trees.
In this bucolic, chic and well-kept setting, Villa 1892 is an important bourgeois mansion. It owes its name to the date of construction visible on its pediment. Its architecture is typical of the period, with its brickwork, ashlar, decorations, moldings and woodwork, and it has been completely and carefully renovated. All modern comforts have been added in a revisited Belle Époque atmosphere.

The Villas are committed to professional, sustainable and responsible tourism. The business has been awarded the demanding European Ecolabel certification (1st certified Holiday cottage in Côte d'Or), the "Esprit Parc National" brand and the Ecogests label from Gîtes de France®.


First floor: fully equipped kitchen. Living room with marble fireplace and wood-burning insert. Large 32m2 living-dining room with 4 panoramic windows opening onto the property's grounds. High ceilings provide volume and elegance.
WC with washbasin. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 160x200 queen-size bed and en-suite shower room (Italian shower and wc), 1 bedroom with 160x200 queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom (bath and wc). 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) on the floor and 2 Bunk beds (90x190). Italian-style shower room and toilet to be shared between these 2 bedrooms. Aquathermal heating, wood for the fireplace and electricity are included, as are cleaning, household linen, bed linen and towels.

Villa 1892 is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Steps lead down to the first floor.

Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed with bed linen, towels, high chair, bathtub, reducer and food processor.

Outdoor games: table tennis, soccer pitch, bicycles (subject to availability), skittles, pétanque, etc.

Private terrace and grounds. Various garden furniture. Ample parking at the foot of Villa 1892. The fully preserved property includes a vegetable garden, orchard, greenhouse, dovecote, kennel, bread oven and fruit bakery, all of which are original and will be carefully restored.

A welcome basket of selected local produce is offered on arrival.

The welcome booklet is sent with the reservation, and provides information on the many local service providers who offer quality products and entertainment.

Nearby: numerous castles, Fontenay Abbey, Auberive Abbey, the Forest House in Leuglay, the Crémant de Bourgogne and Champagne vineyards, the Châtillonnais Museum: Trésor de Vix. The Villa is halfway between Paris and Lyon, Troyes and Dijon, Chablis and Beaune.

Villa 1892 and Villa des Promenades are 45m apart on the same property. They guarantee total autonomy. This means you can stay in the villa of your choice in complete safety, and enjoy the entire estate and its unique environment. To ensure everyone's health, the hygiene measures applied before the health crisis have been continued and reinforced. Hygiene and cleanliness remain an absolute priority. Rest assured that our services are designed to welcome you in complete safety.
