La Vallée de l'Ozerain

In the heart of the medieval town of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, listed as "One of the most beautiful villages in France", the Holiday cottage "La Vallée de l'Ozerain", located above the garage of the owner's house (elderly and discreet), offers: access via a small outside staircase : Living room comprising a small fitted kitchen, an open-plan shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin, 1 separate WC, 1 living room with fireplace (wood supplied), TV, 1 sofa bed (possibility of an extra person at no extra charge, or to be used by people not wishing to go upstairs). A miller's ladder leads to a mezzanine (be careful to lower your head to enter the bedroom) with 2 twin 90 cm beds. Umbrella bed and high chair available on request. Shared washing machine available in one of the outbuildings (see owner). Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Large terrace with exceptional unobstructed view of the Ozerain Valley, in the heart of the village famous for its aniseed. Free, easy parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Wifi via repeater currently being installed (as at 29/05/26). Places to visit: the anise factory, MuséoParc Alésia, Abbaye de Fontenay (Unesco World Heritage site), Château de Bussy Rabutin, the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, the Auxois wildlife and leisure park, Lake Pont, the Burgundy Canal... Dijon and the Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne are 1h00 away....
