On the outskirts of a small village, in a privileged setting, in an old tile factory in the middle of nature, the Holiday cottage "La Tuilerie du Cinéaste" offers you an immersion in the world of Cinema: on the first floor: equipped kitchen with electric cooking piano, large living room opening onto dining room, large TV. 1st floor: 1 "War Film" bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 "Fantasy" bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed + 1 x 90 cm bed, 1 "Cartoon" bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed (+ 1 x 90 cm extra bed), 1 shower room, 2 separate WCs, 1 bathroom with clawfoot tub + shower and tumble dryer, 1 laundry room with washing machine. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed (+ 1 x 90 cm extra bed) on a "brocante" theme and 1 "80s" bedroom with 3 x 90 cm beds. 1 relaxation and gaming area, with CRT TV, VCR, video cassettes and a projection room similar to a real cinema. Possibility of renting a popcorn machine (€35/stay to be paid on site to the owner). Outside: large 15,000 m² partially fenced plot, surrounded by a small river (Kids are under parents' responsibility), garden furniture with parasol, barbecue, brazier, various relaxation areas... Numerous games: soccer cages, badminton net, darts... Bikes can be stored in a small wooden Cabin. Private parking for 8 cars. Near the historic villages of Grancey-le-Château and Salives.
