1 fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living/dining room, with TV, wifi, and direct access to 2 private terraces, one of which is not overlooked. 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, 1 Forest-style bedroom with 1 160x200cm bed and 1 Kids bedroom with 2 90cm Bunk beds. Well-soundproofed, new construction dating from 2024 offering quality features. Top-of-the-range bedding.
