Renovated 18th-century detached house in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park. First floor: dining room and living room with wood-burning stove, exposed beams and terracotta floor tiles, kitchen, laundry room and WC. First floor: bedroom with 160cm bed, bedroom with twin 90cm beds. Bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Garden Barn (for bikes or motorcycles) and parking for 2 vehicles.

* Gas heating and electricity included (Flat rate 8kwh / day - 0.20€/kwh beyond)

The Morvan, Burgundy's green lung, is an unspoilt natural area with landscapes of hedged farmland, deep forests, rivers and fords, ponds and lakes, and typical villages to explore. It's also a land of gastronomy and good living, a land of history and culture. Nearby: Saulieu, gastronomic city of Charolais and Bernard Loiseau, François Pompon Museum, Basilique Saint Andoche. Semur-en-Auxois, a medieval city with fortified gates, ramparts, keeps and steep streets leading down to the Armançon river. Lake Saint Agnan for fishing and swimming, Vézelay, Vauban castle, Maison du Parc in Saint Brisson.
