Close to the center of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois, Holiday cottage on 2 levels (entrance by the garage), offering, on 1st floor: independent living room with TV, small shower room with Italian shower, 1 independent WC, kitchen/dining room with access to a small veranda and a fully enclosed garden, with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, slide for Kids, chiliennes. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed + 1 Umbrella bed, with changing table, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds, 1 separate WC with washbasin. Garage for small car only. Possibility of storing bicycles. Easy, free street parking.
The medieval town of Semur offers a full range of shops and services: see the fortified gates, ramparts, keep and steep streets leading to the banks of the Armançon river, day and night. What to do: Notre-Dame collegiate church, museum, tourist train, Orle d'Or tower. Nearby: Epoisses, Bourbilly and Bussy-Rabutin castles, MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey (Unesco World Heritage Site), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of France's most beautiful villages. Lake Pont: equipped Beach, water games... Hiking trails and interpretation paths in the canton. Fêtes médiévales du Roi Chaussé and fête de la Bague in June.

Le gîte est d’une propreté impeccable, spacieux, très bien équipé , il bénéficie d’un petit jardin charmant et calme. La literie est neuve avec oreillers à mémoire de forme inclus. A quelques minutes à pied du centre ville à 10 minutes en voiture d’un lac où il fait bon se baigner il est au cœur de l’auxois et de ses randonnées magnifiques
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Christine séjour très agréable à Semur en Auxois
La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. Elle est calme tout en étant située à quelques centaines de mètres du centre de la ville que l'on peut découvrir à pied et qui est magnifique.
