Enjoy a break in Beiren, with this fully renovated Holiday cottage on a 4000 m² property, in the heart of the Burgundy Countryside, 20 minutes from Dijon. A bright, contemporary and relaxing atmosphere for this Semi-detached house.

First floor: large, open-plan living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with sofa bed (sleeps 2, extra charge €10/night/person). Separate wall-hung WC. Utility room. Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 2 x 160cm beds (separable into 2 x 2 80x200cm beds) and 1 x 140cm bed. Bathroom with bath and shower. 2nd separate WC.

Shared parking and courtyard in front of Holiday cottage. Access to the private terrace at the back of the house from the living room. Shared garden. Above-ground Piscine shared with owners (7.50 m x 3.50 x 1.10) open from June to September, weather permitting. The entire property is enclosed. Pets not allowed.

Heating, reversible air-conditioning, electricity, bed linen and final cleaning included in rates. Bathroom linen hire: €5 per person per stay.

An extension of the owners' wifi is installed in the Holiday cottage, but connection speed is not guaranteed.

Beire-le-Châtel is 17 km from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, which has been awarded the City of Art and History label: Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Philippe le Bon Tower, the remarkable churches of Notre-Dame, Saint-Michel and Saint-Bénigne, the Owl cultural trail, archaeological and fine arts museums... Numerous restaurants, including 3 with Michelin stars.

Dijon is also a lively city, with events organized throughout the year... First vineyards on the Route des Grands Crus at Marsannay-la-Côte, at the start of the Route des Grands Crus, whose Climats are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
