In a small Auxois village, close to shops and tourist attractions, Holiday cottage "La Ménétrière" offers: first floor adapted for people with reduced mobility (adapted access from outside), including: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed, 1 separate WC, 1 shower room with Italian shower, 1 fully-equipped modern kitchen with dining area, opening onto living room with wood-burning stove, games table, library, board games, TV and wifi.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 cm beds + 1 BZ. 1 bathroom with WC. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair. Closed laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside: Terrace covered by shade sail, garden furniture, barbecue, brazier, 1 lounge, 1 pétanque court, 1 bicycle storage room - Holiday cottage located near a busy road (no nuisance inside). Pets allowed on request. Private parking, reinforced socket for recharging electric vehicles (slow recharging). Possibility of motorcycle storage (Holiday cottage "Accueil Biker"). Possibility of parking 4 cars in the courtyard.
Nearby attractions: MuséoParc Alésia, Bussy Rabutin castle, the medieval towns of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain (famous for its aniseed) and Semur-en-Auxois, Fontenay Abbey (UNESCO World Heritage site), etc. For leisure activities: Le Nid à la Caille lake with supervised swimming and games for Kids 1 km away. Florence Très bon séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement neuf et très confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien et les propriétaires ont eu la gentillesse de rajouter du matériel pour les bébés avant notre arrivée. La décoration est très agréable et le logement est fonctionnel. Tous le monde a apprécié: les bébés, les parents, les grands parents et les arrières grands-parents. Merci pour votre accueil.

Julien CHESNEAU Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Fanny et Jérôme, la Ménétrière. Le gîte est neuf, très bien aménagé, très confortable, joliment décoré. Il ne manque absolument rien dans ce gîte. Un accueil chaleureux, de petites attentions à notre accueil, une flexibilité pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ, une disponibilité rapide de nos hôtes ... Nous sommes ravis de cette expérience passée en famille, et reviendront sans aucun doute !

Krista Livie The house was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Very comfortable for our family— 8 adults. Jerome was very helpful and available when we had questions. Near a couple lovely villages to visit — we were there at Christmas, so it was quite magical.
