Situated in a small village overlooking the Ouche Valley, this charming little house (formerly a bookshop) with private outdoor space offers a magnificent view of the valley and surrounding Forest.

First floor: living room opening onto dining room, wood-burning stove, widescreen TV, wifi, functional kitchenette, large shower room with Italian shower and toilet. Upstairs (accessed via a spiral staircase): Mezzanine bed, with 1 x 140 cm bed. 1 baby bed and 1 high chair on request. Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children (children are the responsibility of parents).

Private parking in front of Holiday cottage. At the rear, small private area with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. Exceptional view. Only 1 pet allowed.

Lake Panthier 12 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Châteauneuf en Auxois. Nearby: numerous cycling and walking trails along the Canal de Bourgogne. 30 minutes from Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and 40 minutes from Dijon, Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and its Cité de la Gastronomie.
