Terrace. Large enclosed courtyard. Total land of 4800 m² enclosed by walls. Up to 5 vehicles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard. Bicycles can be stored in unlocked outbuildings, but the property gate is closed.

The owners accept a maximum of two pets at no extra charge.

Baby equipment: 2 Umbrella beds, small bathtub, changing mat, stroller and high chair.

Étang Fouché 20 km away: supervised swimming in summer. Canal de Bourgogne 8 km away. In Bligny sur Ouche: tourist train, Museum of ancient tools. Beaune-Santenay cycle route, 18 km. Vineyard 8 km away.
