Just a few kilometers from the Vineyard and Bligny-sur-Ouche, beautiful, old, well-restored detached village house with raised first floor.
Kitchenette in large living room with French-style ceiling and wood-burning stove. Philipps "l'or barista sublime" pod coffee maker + filter coffee maker. 4 bedrooms, the 1st with 1 bed 140, the 2nd with 1 bed 160, the 3rd with 2 beds 90 and the last with 3 beds 90. Shower room. Bathroom. 2 WCS. Central heating. Free wood.
Terrace. Large enclosed courtyard. Total land of 4800 m² enclosed by walls. Up to 5 vehicles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard. Bicycles can be stored in unlocked outbuildings, but the property gate is closed.
The owners accept a maximum of two pets at no extra charge.
Baby equipment: 2 Umbrella beds, small bathtub, changing mat, stroller and high chair.
Étang Fouché 20 km away: supervised swimming in summer. Canal de Bourgogne 8 km away. In Bligny sur Ouche: tourist train, Museum of ancient tools. Beaune-Santenay cycle route, 18 km. Vineyard 8 km away.

Violin Dans un joli hameau isolé ,maison très propre ,très fonctionnelle ,bien équipée et bien disposée avec 2 chambres d un coté et 2 autres chambres à l’opposé

Dominique BASSON Le jardin bien clos entourant la maison permet de laisser jouer les enfants en toute sécurité.La taille du gîte et des chambres facilitent le temps partagé entre plusieurs générations. L'équipement électroménager très complet du gîte. La buanderie séparée. La richesse de la Bourgogne en particulier en châteaux, Cassissium etc

CHÂTELAIN Gîte très agréable dans un petit village au calme, ce que nous recherchons. Très bon accueil des propriétaires très gentils qui n'ont pas hésités à nous donner de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Nous recommandons ce gîte les yeux fermés.

Astrie Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en famille dans la maison du verger.
La maison est très grande et les pièces tres bien organisées pour une grande famille où chacun peut être indépendant.
Elle est tres bien équipée et surtout tres propre.
En plus, avec un immense jardin complètement clôturé, nos chiens ont aussi trouvé leur bonheur.
