Take the 500 m private towpath, enclosed by a fence, and discover this little paradise on the banks of a former dam on the Saône. First floor: bright, airy living room with open-plan kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove and adjoining dining room. Bedroom with double bed (140cm). Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Spiral staircase leads to the first floor with parquet flooring: mezzanine with sofa bed and TV. One bedroom with 90cm bed and one bedroom with 140cm bed. Large enclosed grounds of 2000 m². Access to the Saône is closed by a fence and a gate. Families will be able to enjoy the view in peace and quiet. Pebble path to Holiday cottage.

Cîteaux Abbey, birthplace of the Cistercians, also renowned locally for its excellent cheese made by the monks. 30 minutes from the famous Burgundy vineyards of Nuits-St-Georges, Beaune (and its Unesco World Heritage Hospices), Meursault... 45 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, City of Art and History and City of Gastronomy.
