In the heart of a small village 10 minutes from the gates of Dijon, La Maison de Juliette is a renovated 1850 building with exposed stonework, Burgundy flagstones and beams.

First floor: spacious living room with closed hearth fireplace and dining area. Fitted kitchen with access to the garden. Bathroom with corner bath. Separate WC. Upstairs: landing with sofa bed for 2 extra beds. One bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm). A bedroom with a 160cm bed and 2 80x200cm trundle beds. 1 baby's Umbrella bed. A shower room with WC. 250 m² walled private garden at the rear of the house. Access to the Holiday cottage via a shared courtyard (no parking available) with the owner at the front. Bike room. Easy, free parking in the street alongside the gite. All inclusive: linen and towels, final cleaning, oil and wood heating for the fireplace, electricity. Chaignay is a small village of just over 500 souls, ideally nestled in the heart of a magnificent region. Close to the capital of Burgundy, Dijon, a major center of French history and gastronomy. No more than 30 minutes to the Route des Grands Crus at Gevrey-Chambertin, then on to Morey Saint Denis, Vougeot, Nuits St Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet.
