Secured by a gate, La maison Baptiste boasts an enclosed garden and quality facilities for unforgettable moments with family or friends.

On the first floor, you'll enjoy a large, bright living room with TV, opening onto a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with central island, ideal for sharing convivial moments. The cozy living room features a flat-screen TV, and the dining area offers direct access to a terrace overlooking the Piscine, with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Upstairs, a mezzanine with TV leads to a large bedroom with 4 single beds (90x200), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a third bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room. There's also an independent shower room and separate WC on this floor. The basement is a real play and relaxation area, with a Sports hall (elliptical trainer, rowing machine, weight bench), a sauna for your moments of relaxation, and a 50 m² room with billiards, table soccer, darts, pinball and arcade machine.A large shower room with shower, double washbasin and WC, and the 5th bedroom with double bed (160x200). Outside, everything is in place to make the most of fine weather: heated 8m x 4m swimming pool open from June to September, secured by a bar cover, pétanque court. The owners also provide three electric bicycles and a recharging point for electric vehicles. The Holiday cottage is offered as an all-inclusive package, for a no-surprise stay (bed linen with beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, heating, full air-conditioning of the cottage, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning). An ideal place to meet up and share warm moments in all seasons, in the heart of Burgundy.
