With its exposed stonework, beams and troughs, it tastefully combines old-world charm with modern comforts. First floor: living room with wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Direct access to garden.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, en-suite shower room (with hairdryer) and separate toilet. 2nd floor: large bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with WC.

Please note that electric recharging of car and bike batteries is not possible on site. Several recharging points are available less than 5 minutes' walk away.

In front of the Holiday cottage, private parking for 2 cars in an enclosed courtyard shared with the owners' house. At the rear of the Holiday cottage, private terrace and large 1500 m² garden with shared swing. Baby bed, high chair, small bathtub and deckchair available.

Nearby: the Canal de Bourgogne, ideal for walking and cycling. Numerous cultural sites, including Cîteaux abbey, Clos Vougeot château, the Route des Crus and Hospices de Beaune, both Unesco World Heritage sites, and the port of Saint Jean de Losne. Swimming and water sports at Lake de Chour. Just 20 km away, Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, offers a wealth of attractions and events all year round: Museums of Fine Arts, the Chouette historical trail, gourmet restaurants, etc...
