La Licorne

Set in a vast wooded park on the banks of the Vouge, this elegant Burgundy residence, formerly the Château's hunting lodge, welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. The setting is authentic, calm and bucolic.

This detached, fully air-conditioned house offers excellent comfort on two levels:

First floor: A large, bright living room with direct access to the private terrace, with lounge (flat-screen TV), dining room and fully-equipped open kitchen. 2 bedrooms of 12 m², each with a 160 cm double bed. Separate WC. Bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. Wellbeing room with private Spa. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms for 2 people. One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and 4 bedrooms with king-size beds (200 x 200 cm). One shower room with WC and one bathroom with WC.

Outside, a private, unfenced terrace offers a pleasant view of the park, with garden furniture, gas barbecue and brazier. There is another apartment in the grounds, but rest assured: the fully-enclosed grounds are huge - 4 hectares - so everyone's peace and quiet is guaranteed!

Closed storage area for sports equipment or bicycles. 2 Pets allowed if small.
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility or for business stays.


This Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of Burgundy: Vineyard nearby, typical villages, historical heritage (Cîteaux Abbey nearby), Hiking trails, cycle routes just a few kilometers away. Fishing on site. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, is 25 minutes away.
