La Grand Cour

In the center of a small village in the Saône Valley, 5 minutes from the A39 motorway, detached house, not overlooked, close to the owners.

First floor: large fitted kitchen, living room with flat-screen TV, separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 bed (90cm) and 1 bed (140cm). Second floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with shower, washbasin and WC. Wi-Fi amplifier.

Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, bathtub, bouncer, stroller, potty and gates.

Private enclosed courtyard of 100 m², courtyard with table tennis (rackets and balls available), small shed with barbecue, deckchairs, boules and outdoor games for Kids.
Parking: 3 parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard.

English and German spoken.

Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen and cleaning included.

Charges and extras : Bathroom linen: €7 per person per stay. Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included).

The Holiday cottage's geographical location means it's easy to visit many of Burgundy's most famous sites: Saint-Jean-de-Losne, France's leading river port/Auxonne, the banks of the Saône and Vauban's fortifications/Cîteaux Abbey and the cheese made by its monks/Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, can be explored by following the Chouette trail/The Grands Crus route winds between Fixin, Gevrey Chambertin, Nuits-Saint-Georges.....and Beaune, with the Hôtel Dieu and its hospices, but also, and not much further afield, the sites of the Franche-Comté region: Dole, with the Chat Perché trail, the Pasteur Museum/the Forest de la Chaux et de la Serre/the Hérisson waterfalls/ Besançon and its citadel/cheese dairies for tasting morbier, comté or cancoillotte/Arc et Senans and the Saline Royale, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
