Bright living room with sitting area opening onto a small terrace, 3 interconnecting bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds 90x190, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190 each), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Oil heating. Covered carport.
Not suitable for business stays.
Charges and extras: (not bookable online - to be booked and paid directly with the owner)
Bed linen: 9 € for a single bed and 10 € for a double bed
End-of-stay cleaning: €40
Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay
Electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included)
Oil heating according to daily rate of €10 to €16 per day depending on period
Up to 2 pets allowed under certain conditions: €5 surcharge per pet per day and compulsory cleaning fee.

CLEMENT Belles vacances en famille
Gîte avec grand terrain clos idéal pour laisser les enfants jouer. Un autre gîte "La Grange" à 20 mètres permettant d’augmenter la capacité de 10 personnes.
A 40 km, parc animalier de l’Auxois comprenant jeux pour enfants et adultes avec piscines et toboggans idéals pour se rafraichir en fin de visite.
A 11 km abbaye de la Pierre-qui-Vire en pleine nature avec librairie magasin de produits monastiques et ventes de différents fromages fabriqués par les moines.- Cleanliness

François Très bien, au calme, avec un grand jardin.
Accueil chaleureux, gîte conforme au descriptif, grand jardin pour jouer au badminton ou lire à l'ombre. Espace nuit bien séparé du séjour (pour la cohabitation des couche-tôt et des couche-tard). Très propre.
Aspect à prendre en compte : les 2 lits de 90 se trouvent dans une pièce qui dessert deux chambres avec chacune un lit de 140.- Cleanliness
