First floor: large kitchen opening onto dining room with wood-burning stove and stone walls. Fully equipped kitchen with two Philips coffee makers (pod and filter), raclette oven and fondue pots. Living room with fireplace and pool table. One bedroom (1 bed 160, 1 bed 90). Bathroom with WC.

Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 bed 160, one bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 and one bedroom with 3 beds 90, 2 of which are twin beds. Separate shower room and WC.

Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed, small bathtub, changing table and high chair.

Terrace. Table tennis, table soccer. Enclosed courtyard and large 600 m² shady garden with swing. 1 pet allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the Holiday cottage basement.

15 minutes from A6, 25 minutes from Beaune, capital of Burgundy wine. Nearby: Chemin de fer touristique de la Vallée de l'Ouche and Musée des Outils de Bligny-sur-Ouche (4.5 km), medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois (15 km), Etang de Fouché with supervised swimming at Arnay-le-Duc (10 km), etc.
